Sue M. Schaefer, LMT, NCTMB

Sue Schaefer is a Licensed Massage Therapist and also is our Office Manager here at Westside.  Sue has been practicing massage therapy in the Rochester area for the last six years. 

Sue attended Monroe Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Clinical Lab Technology.  She then received her Massage Certificate from the Ononadaga School of Massage Therapy.  Sue is also a nontraditional Reiki Master, Certified Weight Trainer through the IWA and currently holds a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.  Sue is currently working on continuing her education in Orthopedic Massage and obtaining a Personal Training Certificate.

She is a residence of the town of Greece and has two grown children, Steve and Kristie.  Sue currently offers massage sessions in our office on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Dana R. Arieno, LMT

Dana Arieno is a Licensed Massage Therapist.  She obtained her LMT certification from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and was Valedictorian of her graduating class.  Dana practices swedish massage, deep tissue and pregnancy massage. 

She plans on furthering her education by specializing in orthopedic massage, prenatal, post partum, infant and pedicatric maggage techniques. She is also currently a practicing Doula and is working towards obtaining her DONA(Doulas of North America) Certification.
